This page explains what information Aura Stores collects on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect your first name, email address, and phone number. We also collect standard tracking information, like the ad or link that brought you here, so we know which of our ads work.
How we use it
We use your information to set up your store and to contact you about it by phone call, text message, and email. That contact is the point of the form: a real person from our team reaches out to help you. You can opt out of contact at any time by telling us, replying STOP to a text, or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the service providers who run this offer for us: our customer relationship system, our analytics tools, and the partner platforms your store is built on. They may only use it to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels, to measure our ads and improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
These are the cookies we set ourselves:
- as_ext_id gives your browser a random ID so we can count one person once across our ads. It holds no name or email. It lasts up to 400 days.
- as_attrib remembers which ad or link brought you here. It lasts 90 days.
- as_purchase_eid stops one order being counted twice. It lasts 2 days.
- as_ident holds a scrambled (one way hashed) copy of the first name, email and phone you typed, so our ad tools can count your order without us handing them your real details. The plain versions are never stored here. It lasts 2 days.
- as_lead_retry is only written if our server does not answer when you send the form. It holds the name, email and phone number you typed, on your own device, so we can finish sending them when you reach the next page. It is deleted as soon as that works, and in any case after 1 day.
Our advertising and analytics partners set their own cookies, such as _fbp and _fbc for Meta. Clearing cookies in your browser removes all of them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act. To use any of these rights, email us at support@astrosphere.io.
